I could not recommend a quit smoking program more highly than your Quit smoking/Weight loss herbs. I have been completely niccotine free for more than 2 years now, and know I will never have another cigarette. I had been a smoker for 15 years (yes, I can honestly say that I enjoyed those smoking years on a superficial level) and had made a few attempts to quit (once for 11 months) without long lasting success.
