Jerry-Lea's successful remission with Lymphoma
Dear Robert,
In February 2007, Jerry-Lea our 8 year old handsome German Shepherd dog, was found to have lumps in his throat. After taking him to the Vet he was given a course of antibiotics, when these did not work he was given two bisopsys, the second of which came back as positive for Lymphoma. We were offered Chemotherapy treatment which we turned down as we thought it would be too stressful for our boy.
We then turned to the Internet for information. We came across Robert McDowells Herbal Treatments and were impressed by the testimonials on the website and decided to try a course of the Lymphoma and Maritime Pine Bark, the recommended treatment for this illess. Our Vet gave Jerry-Lea about eight weeks without Chemotherapy, a bit longer with treatment. Here we are 11 months down the road, we still have a handsome boy, who is happy, healthy, eating and drinking with the occasional off days, but hey, we all have those.
We knew very little about herbal treatments and did not know how they would affect or aid his recovery but after using them for almost a year, we are happy to keep using them to keep his illlness in remission.
