Overseas Shipping Details and Charges - Updated April 2008

    $12.50 covers one 50ml bottle.
    $15.00 Covers one 100ml bottle.
    $17.50covers one 50ml and one 100ml bottle.
    $20.00 covers two 100ml bottles
    $27.50 for up to 500ml
    $37.50 for 1000ml

    Of course the above is for normal airmail - express airmail will incur larger costs and should you wish to put an example of the difference then
    $45.00 covers up to 2 x 100ml bottles
    $52.50 covers up to one 500ml bottle

    As we are located in Australia, Overnight Deliveries are not possible. The exact shipping cost varies depending on the weight and size of your parcel.

    There are two options;
    1) EMS Express
    2) Ordinary Airmail

    These services are BOTH operated by our Australia Post and in MOST countries they link directly with similar Government Postal services.

    1) The Australia Post EMS Express Service, averages 4 - 5 days for delivery to the USA and Europe and costs a MINIMUM Charge of US$45. Although expensive this is the ONLY service that has Tracking available via the Net. (These EMS Parcels are sometimes hit with Customs charges in UK and CANADA!)

    2) The Australia Post Ordinary Airmail Service, costs a minimum of US$12.50 - $20.00, is also reliable BUT (Since problems in 2001) delivery times have drifted out to 8 -12 days for UK and USA, longer in some cases!

Returns and Refunds Policy 2007: Overseas Customers

We no longer offer any refunds or returns on items that are sent outside of Australia. This is because items returned through Australian Customs and Quarantine often get seized and destroyed even though the original country of origin is Australia.

Please Do Not Send the Parcel back to Australia.

If you have purchased one of the Standard Human products and find that you no longer wish to use the product or that your circumstances have changed, we recommend you contact us to discuss other uses and storage of these Herbal Mixes.

With our Animal products you might consider donating any unused and or unopened Herbal Supports to a local animal shelter for use by other animals in need. Your Vet might also be able to suggest another "patient".


Returns and Refunds Policy 2007: Local Customers:

For customers within Australia, returns may be agreed on a case by case basis, except for individual prescriptions and fresh herbal preparations that combine dried and wet herbs, and are therefore subject to deterioration.
